How can I return/exchange my items or send my wig in for a service?

Please visit our returns centre via Royal Mail for easy and quick returns to us:

You'll be able to:

• Send your wig in for either a revamp, we lace replacement or reconstruction if you have ordered one of these services 
• Return items (excluding handmade wigs*) for a full refund within 30 days. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. 
• Track your parcel and receive regular updates

*Due to hygiene standards and regulations, refunds are not permitted on custom handmade wigs. Clearance wigs are also not applicable for refunds.
