How can I return/exchange my items or send my wig in for a service?

We are currently moving location to avoid any delay with your return. Please contact us via email: info@londonvirginhair.com

You'll be able to:

  • Send your wig in for either a revamp, we lace replacement or reconstruction if you have ordered one of these services 
  • Return items (excluding handmade wigs and clearance sale items*) for a full refund within 30 days. All items must be unused and in their original packaging
  • Track your parcel and receive regular updates

 

*Due to hygiene standards and regulations, refunds are not permitted on custom handmade wigs. Clearance sale items are also not applicable for refunds.
