How can I return or exchange my items?

Returns & Exchange
We will only consider returns on hair extension products if the bundle is unused and remains tied in the original secure ribbon; hair that has been dyed by either ourselves or clients is non-refundable. Due to hygiene standards and regulations, returns are not permitted on custom handmade wigs.

Returned packages must  be accompanied by the printed order receipt; this can found in your email inbox.
Merchandise must be received before a return or refund can be granted.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense. We strongly recommend that your purchase insurance and signature upon delivery to make sure we safely receive your order.

For health and hygiene purposes, we cannot accept the return of used hair. We recommend that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair while it is still tied in the bundle to make sure you are satisfied with the product. Show the product to your stylist if you are unsure. Please do not tamper with the hair in anyway, especially if you have doubts and will like to return it: this means no combing, washing or chemically altering the hair.
