What is Virgin Hair?
Virgin hair is 100% human hair that is unprocessed and has not been altered with chemicals or mixed with synthetic hair
How much does each bundle weigh?
Each bundle weighs 95-100 grams
What grade is the hair?
Our luxury range is the finest quality hair available. More economical graded hair is used in our standard range
Our hair was tested and compared to all grades of hair by the following process:
1) Like for like hair comparison for the most healthy hair
2) Split ends comparison for the longest lasting hair
3) Live flame test to ensure we provide 100% virgin hair
4) Odour comparison test to ensure hair is in its natural state
5) Weight comparison to optimise on light weight but fuller 100g bundles
How many bundles will I need?
For a full head of hair, we recommend at least three bundles. If you are ordering bundles longer than 20", four or more bundles are recommended; in this instance also recommend that you purchase two bundles of the longest length to avoid the ends appearing thin
How do I pay for the hair?
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments through PayPal
How do I order a customised handmade wig?
Send an email to info@londonvirginhair.com with the style, texture, lengths and density. Additional requirements including adjustable wig straps and frontal options can be included
Can I send my hair in to be made into a wig?
Yes! This can be achieved view visiting our salon in London. Alternatively you can post the hair to use for us to post it back to you. Please email info@londonvirginhair.com with details of the wig you desire and we'll do the rest
How long does delivery/shipping take?
We are proud to offer all our clients free shipping. Due to Brexit, non-UK orders may be subject to custom fees upon arrival.

You'll be able to:- Send your wig in for a revamp, lace replacement or reconstruction if you have ordered one of these services
- Return items (excluding handmade wigs) for a full refund within 30 days. All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Print labels and drop your parcel off at over 7000 CollectPlus stores which are open 7 days a week until late
- Track your parcel and receive regular updates
Due to hygiene standards and regulations, refunds are not permitted on custom handmade wigs. Clearance wigs are also not applicable for refunds.
